These terms govern your use of the Futuregen Innovations Ltd platform, subscriptions and digital products. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them.
1. Who we are
The platform is operated by Futuregen Innovations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17063895, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. You can contact us at hello@futuregenservices.com or on 0113 522 2861. References to "we", "us" and "our" are to Futuregen Innovations Ltd.
1a. The service
We provide compliance support tools for UK regulated services: an AI compliance assistant with specialist escalation, policy and procedure documents, mock interviews, readiness tools and regulatory updates. The service is intended for business use by providers, managers and their teams.
2. Guidance, not legal advice
Content, AI answers and specialist responses are general guidance based on published regulation and professional experience. They are not legal, clinical or regulatory advice and do not guarantee registration, a rating or an inspection outcome. You remain responsible for your own compliance and for tailoring any document to your service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate details, keep your password secure and not share your login. Team seats may be used only by members of your organisation. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or misuse the AI assistant.
4. Subscriptions
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Minimum term (standard plans). Standard plans start with a 14-day free trial (cancel during the trial and pay nothing), followed by a 3-month minimum paid term. If you cancel within the 3-month term, the remainder of the term remains payable and access continues to the end of it. An annual payment satisfies the minimum term. Standard prices: Ongoing Support £80/month or £800/year; Enterprise Multi-site £199/month or £1,990/year.
- Founders Club. The Founders Club is limited to 100 places — 20 in each of our five specialities. Places go to fully subscribed members, counted from their first payment, and holders receive 50% off subscription prices for as long as they stay fully subscribed; renewals remain at the same 50% discounted rate. Members pay from day one — there is no free trial on the Club route. Club prices: Ongoing Support £40/month or £400/year; Enterprise Multi-site £99.50/month or £995/year. The Club has a 12-month minimum term from the first payment; an annual payment satisfies it. Members may cancel during the term, but doing so forfeits the discount and the place permanently — this is shown and acknowledged before payment. A missed-payment lapse also forfeits the discount and place, but a lapsed member may reclaim them by resubscribing within 30 days. One place per registered location: multi-site groups may hold a place for each registered location; places are personal to the organisation and non-transferable. Members also receive 50% off their first policy pack.
- After any minimum term you can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund part-used periods except where required by law.
- Prices and VAT. Prices are shown in GBP and are the amount you pay. Futuregen Innovations Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually, as chosen — at the same price until cancelled.
- How to cancel. Cancelling is as easy as signing up: two clicks from Billing → Cancel in your account, or by emailing faye@futuregenservices.com. No phone call or notice period is required. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period, or at the end of the minimum term where one applies.
- Missed payments. If a payment fails we retry and email you for a 14-day grace period during which access continues. If still unpaid after 14 days the subscription ends; any remaining minimum term stays payable. Resubscribing afterwards is at standard prices.
- Referral discounts and free months are applied automatically and may be withdrawn if the programme is abused.
- Free trial. New customers may start a 14-day free trial of any plan. A payment card is taken at sign-up but nothing is charged until the trial ends, when the plan converts to a paid subscription automatically. We email you and show a notice in your account three days before the first payment is taken. Cancel from Billing before the trial ends and you pay nothing. One trial per organisation.
- Pay by invoice. Any plan or product may be paid by bank transfer on request. Invoices are payable within 14 days; access is switched on once payment is received. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled.
5. Digital products (policy packs, toolkits, mock interviews)
One-off purchases are licensed to your organisation for internal use. You may edit and brand documents for your own service but may not resell, share or publish them. Because they are delivered instantly, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply once you download or start the product, as permitted by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a product is defective we will replace it or refund you.
5a. Refunds
- Subscriptions. If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, provided you have not used the AI assistant, downloaded resources or booked a specialist call in that time. After 14 days, or once the service has been used, payments are non-refundable and access continues until the end of the paid period. Business customers may cancel at any time but renewals already charged are not refunded.
- Digital products (policy packs, toolkits, mock interviews) are delivered instantly. By purchasing you agree that delivery starts immediately and that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once you download the product or start the mock interview. If you have not yet downloaded or started it, email us within 14 days for a full refund.
- Specialist calls and mock interviews booked for a time can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
- Faulty or mis-described products will be replaced, corrected or refunded in full — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
- Advertising packages are monthly and non-refundable once a listing has gone live; you may cancel future months at any time.
- To request a refund, email hello@futuregenservices.com from the address on your account with your order or invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
6. AI assistant
The assistant may make mistakes. Where it is unsure it escalates to a specialist rather than guessing, but you should verify important points against the regulator's published guidance. Do not enter identifiable data about service users, children or patients.
7. Specialist escalations and callbacks
Escalated questions are answered by our compliance specialist within the response time shown on your plan. Specialist responses are guidance as described in section 2.
8. Advertising partners
Sponsored partners are clearly labelled. We vet partners but do not endorse or take responsibility for their products or services; any contract is between you and the partner.
9. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, scrape content, upload unlawful material or use the assistant to generate content that is unlawful or harmful.
10. Intellectual property
All platform content, documents and software are owned by or licensed to Futuregen Innovations Ltd. You keep ownership of the data and files you upload and grant us a licence to process them to provide the service.
10a. Personal data
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: Futuregen Innovations Ltd is the controller of the personal data that relates to you as an account holder, purchaser or enquirer; where you record information about other people (staff records, evidence files, details of service users) you are the controller and we act as your processor on the terms in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. You warrant that you have a lawful basis for any personal data you enter and that you will not enter special category data into the AI assistant.
10b. Emails we send
We send service and billing emails (receipts, invoices, trial and renewal notices, security alerts) as part of operating your account; these cannot be switched off while your account is open. Reminders, digests and marketing are optional: every such email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can change your preference under Billing & account → Email preferences. Opt-outs take effect immediately and are recorded.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for regulatory outcomes, loss of profit or indirect losses.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. Either party may end the agreement at any time; sections 2, 5, 10 and 11 survive termination.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Contact and complaints
Questions, complaints or notices under these terms should be sent to hello@futuregenservices.com, by phone on 0113 522 2861, or by post to Futuregen Innovations Ltd, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 10.
