This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Futuregen Innovations Ltd website and app. We keep them to the minimum needed to run the service securely and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
1. Who sets them
The cookies below are set by Futuregen Innovations Ltd (company no. 17063895, registered in England and Wales, registered office 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE) as the controller of the data they contain, except where marked as set by Stripe, who sets its fraud-prevention cookies as an independent controller during checkout. Essential cookies are used on the basis that they are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for (PECR regulation 6(4)), so consent is not required. The personal data in them (a session identifier) is processed under the lawful basis set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. Local storage
Your browser also stores non-personal preferences locally — your light/dark theme choice, whether you have dismissed notices and your place in the product tour. These are not cookies and are never sent to us.
4. Mobile apps
Our iOS and Android apps use the same sign-in tokens, held in the app's secure storage rather than as browser cookies. If you enable push notifications a device token is stored against your account so we can deliver alerts you have asked for; switch notifications off in the app or your device settings to remove it.
5. Managing cookies
Because we only use essential cookies, no consent banner is required. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but you will not be able to sign in.
6. Changes
If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies we will update this notice, update the date above and ask for your consent before setting them.
